This article covers managing tests from the Agent Details view. If you are doing network maintenance or need to reconfigure the Agent or its IP settings, you may need to pause the tests it is running.
To Pause All Tests
Access the Agent menu in Agent details. You can access the Agent menu from the Agent tab by clicking on the top right cog. Select Pause All Tests. The Agent will pause all tests associated with it.
To Resume All Paused Tests
Access the Agent menu in Agent details. You can access the Agent menu from the Agent tab by clicking on the top right cog. Select Resume All Tests. The Agent will resume all paused tests associated with it.
More Test Management
In addition to pausing/resuming all tests associated with a given Agent, you can also pause individual tests from the real-time plot module. The real-time plot module for a test can be accessed by clicking on an active tile in the test grid on the Agent details view, by clicking on a tile in one of the test view grids, or by clicking on an agent within the Resource view on Target details.
