Weekly report emails provide insight into your agents, targets, and WiFi networks by highlighting the 5 worst performers in each category. The reports contain detailed information on factors such as the number of alerts for agents, time spent in incidents for targets, and failed connection attempts for WiFi networks.
By default, all dashboard users will receive the weekly report via email every Monday. Please check your spam folder in case the email is redirected there.
Pause Weekly Report
Follow the below steps to pause the weekly report.
1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
2. Click on the Report Schedules subtab.
3. Search 'Weekly Status Report' in the search field.
4. Click on the '...' button to bring up the actions menu.
5. Click Pause.
