Description

Generated report links can be set to be viewed by the public or only users signed in to the NetBeez dashboard.

Procedure

1. Log in to the NetBeez dashboard as an administrator.

2. Click on the Settings Cog in the upper right corner.

3. Click on the Users subtab on the left.

4. Expand the Public Report Settings section.

5. While Public Viewable Reports is toggled on, anyone with a generated report link (URL) can view a generated report. While Public Viewable Reports is toggled off, only NetBeez dashboard users who are logged in can view a generated report.
