Change Alert Trigger Interval


The trigger interval defines the number of consecutive times a certain PING, DNS, or HTTP test must fail to trigger an alert. By default the trigger interval is set to five (5) but it can be user-defined. This parameter affects all tests.
To change the trigger interval, the user must:
  1. Click the gear located at the top right are of the dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Alerts Configuration" icon.
  3. Define the trigger interval.
  4. Click "Save Settings".
