The trigger interval defines the number of consecutive times a certain PING, DNS, or HTTP test must fail to trigger an alert. By default the trigger interval is set to five (5) but it can be user-defined. This parameter affects all tests.
To change the trigger interval, the user must:
- Click the gear located at the top right are of the dashboard.
- Click on the "Alerts Configuration" icon.
- Define the trigger interval.
- Click "Save Settings".
