Hardware support policy


By purchasing NetBeez hardware and subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this hardware support policy.

1. Hardware Support Duration: NetBeez provides hardware support for NetBeez sensors for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. During this period, customers are entitled to receive technical support and replacement for faulty hardware components.

2. End of Hardware Support Period: At the end of the 5-year hardware support period, NetBeez will not provide Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) services for sensor replacements in case of failure. Customers are encouraged to upgrade their hardware to the latest available models for optimal performance and support.

3. Software Support and Security Patches: Software support and security patches for NetBeez sensors are not guaranteed beyond the initial 5-year hardware support period. Customers are advised to ensure that their sensors are updated to the latest available firmware and software versions within the supported period to benefit from the most secure and efficient operation.

4. Active Subscription Requirement: To receive uninterrupted support during the 5-year hardware support period, customers must maintain an active subscription with NetBeez. An active subscription ensures access to technical assistance, firmware updates, and other support services. NetBeez reserves the right to suspend support services in the event of subscription lapses.

5. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of point of contact information. It is the customer's responsibility to initiate the support request through the appropriate channels provided by NetBeez.

6. Limitation of Liability: NetBeez shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use NetBeez hardware after the expiration of the 5-year support period.

7. Changes to the Hardware Support Policy: NetBeez reserves the right to modify or terminate this hardware support policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the NetBeez website or other official communication channels.
