Description

Alerts can be viewed in multiple locations on the dashboard, the agent tab, target tab, WiFi tab, and alerts tab. Any alerts that have a source and destination (not agent alerts) will have an action icon, clicking on this icon reveals the historical graph for this alert.

For more information on configuring alerts, read this documentation. 

Procedure

Initially, log in to the NetBeez dashboard, then navigate to the following tabs to view alerts.

Agent Tab

1. Navigate to the Agents tab.

2. Click on an agent to go to the Agent Details page.

3. Scroll to the bottom to view the alert log.

 

Target Tab

1. Navigate to the Target tab.

2. Click on a target to go to the Target Details page.

3. Scroll to the bottom to view the alerts.

 

WiFi Tab

1. Navigate to the WiFi tab.

2. Click on a WiFi profile.

3. Scroll to the bottom to view the alerts.

 

Alerts Tab

1. Navigate to the Alerts tab.

In the upper right corner, users are able to:

• Enter a search term to search the alert messages.
• Refresh the alerts list.
• Filter alerts by certain parameters.
• Choose which columns that will appear in the alerts list
