NetBeez customers can open a support ticket by sending an email to support@netbeez.net.

The NetBeez support team is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day.

  • Days of operation:
    • Business Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM US Eastern (EST), Monday - Friday excluding US Holidays
    • Response time from first request: 
      • Business Hours: one (1) hour
      • Off Hours including US Holidays: four (4) hours
