Agent Connectivity Troubleshooting is available from the Agent's console to give more information when issues arise. To utilize this feature, go to the console of the agent with the issue.
Procedure to retrieve agent information
By entering the below command into the Agent's terminal, information about an Agent can be obtained such as the Agent version, Linux kernel version, OS version, network interface information, and dashboard connection information.
This information can also be seen when a user initiates an ssh session to the agent.
Procedure to connection to the NetBeez server
By entering the below command into the Agent's terminal, the Agent will try to connect to the NetBeez server over a specific port.
Procedure to upload log files to the NetBeez server
By entering the below command into the Agent's terminal, Agent log files can be uploaded to our secure server. The uploaded logs can then be analyzed by NetBeez support engineers without the need to be on a support call.
